Sole-use questions
What does sole use mean?
The whole villa or lodge is booked by your group alone. There are no other guests, and the staff, the spaces and usually the game drives are yours, run around your own timetable.
Is the price per person or for the whole villa?
Most villas are priced per night for the whole property, for a set number of guests. A few are priced per person sharing with a minimum number of guests. Each card says which, and we confirm the exact cost for your group and dates.
How many people can stay?
It varies from a couple to a large family or group of friends. Tell us how many of you there are, and the ages of any children, and we will show you the villas that fit.
Are villas good for families?
Often they are the best choice, because the whole place is yours and the day can run at your children's pace. Each villa has its own rules on ages for game drives, which we check before you book.
Do villas have South African resident rates?
Many do. The rates on this page are the current resident specials where one exists. Where you see rate on request, we will ask the lodge for its own resident rate for your dates.
